In the shots he captured the sensitive feeling in the faces of these human beings from Chennai, in India and Bangladesh. The Hijras are Indian transgenders , who live on the fringe of society as Untouchable castes. They are fighting for their rights to be treated officially as the Third Gender. In spite their poor way of life as "untouchable" - all those homosexuals living in another countries as transvestites, crossdressers, transsexuals aren´t so different in their rigths in comparison to hijras in Mumbai, Chennai or Bangladesh.
